2020 Masterclass Theme: Resilience

re·sil·ience:  the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties

We live in an age where we are persistently bombarded with factors that affect our ability to live a healthy, peaceful, and happy life. Every effort taken to cultivate our ideal quality of life requires us to actively support resilience. Diet alone, or exercise alone is not enough. Our ability to keep forging ahead with the work we do, and the purpose we have in the life we are living requires resilience.

In the 2020 Masterclass, we will address resilience as it relates to:

  • Diet and nutrition
  • Everyday health habits
  • Friendships and community
  • Environmental factors
  • Happiness
  • Striving for what's possible

What You Can Expect From Our Live Event

“The chance to meet Meghan and Josh and attend their live event was such a rewarding experience. They excel in teaching and showing you how to put it into practice, while also making it a lot of fun. What a joy to share the camaraderie with a diverse but like minded group. I will be able to take what I’ve learned and apply it to my own business.”

ABOUT The VENUE

This year’s event is being hosted at the new and innovative Artscape Daniels Launchpad in downtown Toronto, right on the edge of Lake Ontario.

This special space is a hub for Toronto-based entrepreneurs to get their businesses off the ground. We chose this space for the role it plays in our city in supporting recent graduates and business start-ups.

We also love the stunning view over the lake allowing for loads of natural light into the space.

The space is fully accessible.

FAQ

Will there be an after party?

There is! And when you choose a live option from above, you’ll have the option to add the After Party ticket to your registration.

I’m thinking of attending on my own. Will I feel left out or uncomfortable?

We anticipate that the majority of our guests will be coming on their own. This is an extremely open and friendly community. We’ll be providing name tags for the event and we have no doubt we’ll start meeting and greeting in an easy and non-scary way very quickly.

Can I register with a friend for the in-person option during advanced registration?

Absolutely! You’ll have the option to adjust the quantity of in-person tickets on the cart overview page. Select how many you need and we’ll follow up with an email to get the details of your guests.

I’d like to share a room with someone. Can you help facilitate this?

We can do our best to help pair up our guests for the event. You may find it helpful to post in our private community Facebook group, but we will keep a list of people inquiring about shared accommodation to try and help pair you up.

Who are the other speakers and vendors?

We are currently finalizing our full list of vendors. As soon as we have these details, they will be posted here and emailed to all registered guests.

If it turns out that I cannot make it, can I get a refund?

Due to the limited number of seats for the live event, all sales are final. You do have the option to transfer your ticket to another guest as a private transaction. We would need to be notified of the change and the details of the guest using the ticket.
