Almond Butter + Jelly Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed 5 to 10 minutes for easier blending
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup almond butter, plus extra for drizzling
  • Dairy-free chocolate chips or cacao nibs, for serving (optional)


  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, strawberries, banana and almond butter. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping the blender if needed to scrape down the sides so everything is fully incorporated.
  2. Pour into two glasses. Drizzle with extra almond butter and chocolate chips (if using) for an extra treat.
