Anti-Inflammatory Cherry Berry Smoothie

  • 1½ cups water or nondairy milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen, pitted cherries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter


  1. In a blender, combine the water, cherries, raspberries, blueberries and almond butter. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping the blender if needed to scrape down the sides so everything is fully incorporated.
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
