1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp coconut oil
In a small sauce pan over medium heat add the almond milk and grated ginger.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine the cacao, salt and spices together, then whisk into warmed milk.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, honey and coconut oil.
Strain into a mug and enjoy!
