2020 Masterclass Theme: Resilience

re·sil·ience: the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties
We live in an age where we are persistently bombarded with factors that affect our ability to live a healthy, peaceful, and happy life. Every effort taken to cultivate our ideal quality of life requires us to actively support resilience. Diet alone, or exercise alone is not enough. Our ability to keep forging ahead with the work we do, and the purpose we have in the life we are living requires resilience.
In the 2020 Masterclass, we address resilience as it relates to:
- Diet and nutrition
- Everyday health habits
- Friendships and community
- Environmental factors
- Physical wellbeing
- Mental health
- Happiness
- Everyday Resilience Qualities
