I’m passionate about local, seasonal eating. I wholeheartedly believe that cooking skills are the KEY to health and that they are vital to making healthier choices.

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE). I’m also a graduate of the Rouxbe Plant-Based Professional Certification Program and a number of other culinary courses.

I develop my own recipes and discuss the healing benefits of everyday foods on my whole foods, healthy cooking blog. I’m eager to build an inspired and helpful online wellness community where culinary confidence meets health improvement and empowerment.

This is a place where anyone can go to help themselves reach their wellness and nutrition goals by accessing effective tips, tools and resources to help them become more efficient in the kitchen and by introducing them to health-promoting foods that taste great and help them feel even better!
