I’m passionate about local, seasonal eating. I wholeheartedly believe that cooking skills are the KEY to health and that they are vital to making healthier choices. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE) and have completed the Plant-Based Professional Certification Program at Rouxbe Cooking School.
I develop my own recipes and discuss the healing benefits of everyday foods on my whole foods, healthy cooking blog. I’m eager to build an inspired and helpful online wellness community where culinary confidence meets health improvement and empowerment.
