For as long as I can remember my happy place has been in the kitchen. To me nothing is more soothing than chopping, prepping, sautéing and creating. Over the years my love of cooking has taken a focus on whole and natural ingredients, while continuing to listen to my body and knowing it knows best.
After working for years in the advertising industry with brands that didn’t fit my food philosophy I decided to bring the healthy food I love to more people. In 2017 I launched a salad subscription business, and made weekly deliveries of delicious salads to keep the local 9-5ers nourished.
Completing the Everyday Herbal course with the Academy of Culinary Nutrition helped me take that next step into learning how to show up as my absolute best.
