Jessica is a culinary dietitian and holistic wellness advisor. Her goal is to empower people with the tools they need to help them feel their very best. She earned both a BS and MS in Nutrition, prior to completing a dietetic internship in 2001. Jessica took many years off from working as a dietitian to raise her daughter, Linley, but returned to the nutrition world by enrolling in the Culinary Nutrition Expert program, in which she graduated with honors. Jessica’s passion is sharing her knowledge and education with others; she is experienced in writing nutrition curriculum and teaching cooking & nutrition classes to a wide variety of audiences. When not in the kitchen creating mouth-watering healthy recipes, Jessica enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling with her family. She is the founder of Jessica Grosman Nutrition.
