Jessica believes in a holistic approach, taking into consideration the body, mind and spirit. She is fascinated by the healing potential of food and how it can help individuals improve their overall health. A passionate creative force in the kitchen, Jessica is continually working to develop her own highly nutritious and equally delicious recipes. Most of all, she enjoys the opportunity to share her passion for nutritious foods made from whole, organic and locally sourced ingredients with others.
Jessica has been featured in multiple publications and media channels, including the Academy of Culinary Nutrition’s From Scratch cookbooks, CBC radio, and the national magazine Optimyz. Jessica is the author of cookbooks, Some Good and Some Good: Sweet Treats, published through Breakwater Books.
