I have worked in the health & nutrition world for quite some time. Having worked 6 years in marketing for a natural & organic grocery store, I’ve seen the industry evolve as trends and studies come out. I graduated from Culinary Nutrition Expert program in 2018 where I gained confidence in the kitchen and with my knife skills (the band-aid industry has plummeted since).
What keeps me excited in the kitchen is using natural ingredients (preferably in bulk!) to create simple, healthy and tasty meals. Having struggled with my own health concerns over the years, I’ve tried many different diets (vegan and SIBO to name a few) and have come to the conclusion that your body will tell you what it needs – even if that means a little bit of dark chocolate occasionally.
I am so excited to be a part of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition team and community with like-minded and passionate people.
