Michael Tanenbaum is the founder and editor-in-chief of Consciously Kosher, an online resource dedicated to educating both the Jewish community and the general public on the overall health benefits of eating a kosher diet rich in nutritious, predominantly unprocessed whole foods.
Michael has worked in tech & social media for over a decade, where he dealt with extreme work-life balance issues that negatively impacted his health.
Consciously Kosher grew out of his research to heal the body & mind with food. Finding success with his own health issues, he decided to share his discoveries with others. He holds a BA from The University of Chicago, an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Culinary Nutrition certification from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
Michael’s goal is to make Consciously Kosher the #1 destination for healthful eating habits, meal hacks & innovative food trends in both the Jewish and conscious eating communities.
