Growing up, I had the habit of opening my mom’s pantry and wonder what food I could apply onto my skin. Banana, oatmeal, honey, avocado, cacao, you name it, I tried it all. Food and beauty have been my two loves as long as I can remember.
I grew up in a small village in France, but always felt the urge to explore a little further away from my comfort zone. From Vourey to Lyon, to Paris, to London, to New York, to India…I quickly realized I was easy to adapt and made everywhere I went to feel like home.
New York won my heart in 2001 when I got there as a Marketing student. One year turned into ten with an MBA under my belt and 8 years in the corporate world of the food and beauty industries. During this time, I tried to make it work through different positions, different companies, different countries but something was missing…
When I finally connected the dots and realized that I was changing the wrong data from the equation, there was no turning back. I took a leap of faith and left a “comfortable” situation to jump into the unknown of a year of travelling and deepening some of my old and newer passions: yoga, ayurvedic beauty, cooking and nutrition.
This amazing journey took turns I could have never expected, filled with synchronicities and magical encounters. I have been fortunate throughout to complete a Beauty Therapy course at Greens Ayurvedic Center (Kerala), to become a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Tribal Yoga School (Dharamsala) & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher from Yoga Vida (NYC) as well as a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert from Meghan Telpner’s Academy of Culinary Nutrition (online), complemented with classes at Crudessence (Montreal), French Patisserie with Francois Payard at DeGustibus School (NYC) and Chocolate and Truffles from ICC (NYC).
I am now back in France as a new mom, working on different projects, all based around the values I live by: Proper Nourishment of the Mind, Body and Soul, 100% Natural Beauty Regimen and Yoga as a Way of Life. Finding Beauty, Balance and Happiness in all the waves of life, however high or low the tide may be, is what I strive for.
I am delighted to join Meghan’s team as a CNE Program Coach this fall!
