Program Coach + Culinary Nutrition Expert

I’m Veronica – a Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert, a brain injury survivor, and overall student of life. I’m also a wife to my high-school sweetheart, Steven, and mama to the most remarkable daughter there ever was.

Nearly 10 years ago, I hit rock bottom – hard. I was suffering with anxiety, panic attacks, IBS, and more. Through the desperation brought on by my health struggles, I learned to care for my health naturally and be my own best advocate.

Since that time, I have educated myself somewhat compulsively. My passion for natural health grew exponentially through becoming a mother and suffering a traumatic injury. I love educating others and sharing my knowledge of nutrition for the whole family, natural childbirth and breastfeeding, hormone balance including autoimmune thyroid conditions, and brain injury recovery. I’m always excited to share my experience healing myself, navigating through parenthood, and living well.

When I’m not practicing Nutrition, you can probably find me at home cooking up a Culinary-Nutrition-storm, reading a good book, or playing with my energetic daughter.
