MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Meghan Telpner is a Toronto-based author, speaker, nutritionist, and the founder of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She’s written two bestselling books: UnDiet: Eat Your Way to Vibrant Health and The UnDiet Cookbook. Meghan’s success in cultivating a global community of UnDiet enthusiasts and Culinary Nutrition Experts has garnered her a feature in Forbes, and ranked her as one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs in Canada. The Facebook group is a complimentary bonus, not a part of the paid-for course. We don’t own Facebook, so if they change their terms, or decide to start charging for Facebook groups, that may limit or remove our ability to keep the course’s group open and running. Also, if the group guidelines are not honored and upheld, access to the Facebook group may be eliminated.

FAQ

Can I do this course at my own pace?
Absolutely! During the month of March, we will be releasing one or two modules a week as outlined above. We, of course, would love you to follow along with the group, but recognize this isn’t always possible. We guarantee a minimum of 12-months access to the course, and the recorded Q&A session once all of the modules are released so you can review at your own pace.

Is there any homework or deadlines?
With general course registration, there is no homework or deadlines. There is an Everyday Culinary Nutrition assignment available, should you opt to challenge yourself. If you choose to register at the Advanced level, the expectation is that the module quizzes and the assignment will be completed and submitted by the end of May, but it’s up to you if you want to register for that option.

Due to my schedule/time zone, I am unable to join the live call. Is that okay? Will I miss out?
We encourage everyone to submit their questions in advance, and the call is recorded and available for replay so you won’t miss out on anything.

Can I get a certificate after completing this course?
We offer the option to register at the Advanced level, which would earn you a certificate of completion if you complete and submit the module quizzes and the assignment by the end of May 2020.

Will this course certify me as a Culinary Nutrition Expert?
No, it will not. This course does not cover the depth or breadth of our 14-week Culinary Nutrition Expert Certification Program and is not part of that program. This course is intended for people who want a taste of what the Academy of Culinary Nutrition is all about or who are looking to learn more about integrating the culinary nutrition style of eating into their lives. This provides a solid foundation for all of our courses.
