Homemade Gluten-Free Granola

Ingredients
  • 3 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup flaxseeds, ground
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • ⅓ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups raisins (or 1 cup raisins and 1 cup goji berries)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients (except raisins/goji berries) together.
  3. Add coconut oil and cacao butter to a pan and heat until just melted.
  4. Remove from heat and add maple syrup and vanilla.
  5. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, add raisins/goji berries and mix.
  8. Cool, then store in an airtight container in fridge.
