  • 1 cup of spinach (or another leafy green - kale, romaine, arugula, etc.)
  • ¾ cup water or nut/seed milk of choice
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp maca
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
