WHAT IS THE OPEN HOUSE?
This is your chance to roam the virtual halls of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and get a taste of what you would learn as a Culinary Nutrition Expert student. For the purposes of the open house, we have carefully chosen a selection of videos that span a wide breadth of interest.
Set your schedule: The Open House is a full day event and you are invited to tune in when it suits your schedule within 24 hours of the start time.
Free Learning: We'll be sharing actual classes from the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program, including demonstration of six recipes and over two hours of video-based learning.
What will you learn? Lots, and this is only a sample. You'll enjoy a selection of videos from the 80+ videos that comprise the 14-week certification program.

Recipe: Lemon Lentil Vegetable Soup
Lesson: Sharing what it means to eat plantifully and how the principles of plant-rich eating blanket every style of diet, from raw/vegan through to protein-powered Paleo. This course is about learning how to incorporate more plant-based foods into meals.
SAMPLE FROM MODULE 5: RAW FOOD FOUNDATION
Recipe: Easy Miso Soup + Almond Pulp Crackers
Lesson: This module explores the power and simplicity of raw food, encouraging you to incorporate more raw foods into your diet and how to help clients get more raw in as well. This workshop explores the most powerful raw foods to include in the diet and shares simple uncooking techniques.

Recipe: Super Great V8 Mocktail
Lesson: This inspiring module will introduce you to the world of smoothies and juices that will change the way you blend. Smoothies and juices are staples for health as the simplest and fastest way to get loads of nutrient dense power into the body. We’ll explore fruits and veggies that fight off disease, unexpected smoothie combinations, and juicing for its therapeutic benefits.
