  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 leaf of kale
  • 1 cup handful of spinach leaves
  • 1-2 cups water or rice milk
  • 1 serving protein powder (I suggest Vegan protein powders like Vega,
  • Genuine Health or Sunwarrior)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You may need to add more liquid depending on desired consistency.
