Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (or 1 apple, diced and cored to create an apple pie smoothie!)
- ½ cup coconut milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
- ½ banana
- ½ inch fresh ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp allspice, cloves, and/or nutmeg
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
