Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (or 1 apple, diced and cored to create an apple pie smoothie!)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
  • ½ banana
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allspice, cloves, and/or nutmeg
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
