Nourishing Tea

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups of water
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 Tbsp astragalus
  • 1 ½ tsp chamomile

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Enjoy with a “spootie” (my grandma’s equivalent to ‘a little bit’) of raw honey.
