The Teaching Resources Portal may be purchased as a package as part of the Certified Deluxe level of the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program, or as a standalone product upon successful completion of the program. Our coaches work closely with students to ensure their success in the program. Access to the Teaching Resources Portal is only granted to students who have completed all requirements of the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program; no exceptions. There are no refunds granted on this product, whether purchased as a standalone product, or as part of the Certified Deluxe package. Purchase of the Teaching Resources Portal commits the user to only teach the in-person materials during a live and in person class, and the online materials during a live online class. Teaching Resources Portal materials can not be duplicated, shared, or uploaded digitally in any way— unless expressly outlined on the specific material (you will see 'For Online Use' on materials that can be shared digitally). Rebranding of content for in person or online teaching is prohibited. Infringing on this is considered stealing, and we reserve the right to take any and all legal action against such theft as we see fit to the full extent of the law. This Product, is exempt from the limited license in our full Terms and Conditions and offers users a two (2) year license to the materials for live in-person classes and live online classes. Payment plan payments are non-refundable. If you default on a payment you will be removed from the portal. No refund will be granted. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Teaching Resources Portal at anytime if the agreements above and/or terms and conditions are not being adhered to. No refund would be granted if this occurs.
