A new video-based course module is released each week (approximately 90 minutes) that you will be invited to watch at your leisure during that week. Each module is accompanied by course notes and recipes. Once a module is released, you have continued, 24/7 access for a minimum of 12 months. Most delicious nutrition training for life there ever was
My favourite way to spend my time is in the kitchen—creating recipes, learning about health and the healing powers of food, making a massive mess in my kitchen, and having a laugh in the process. I am an awesome teacher because I jam pack information into fun, and humourous demonstrations that make them easy to understand, visualize and apply.
What do you love most about the subject of your course?
I live every day what I am teaching and forever teach on the edge of my knowledge. I love that this course has a flow to the curriculum, where it builds upon itself, making the learning natural. The addition of the live weekly classes ensure that we stay current and relevant with what’s happening in the world and perhaps even in our own lives. I love that my students get to choose the area they wish to specialize in and watch their passions be explored.
What is your desert island kitchen tool?
A self-sharpening vegetable peeler. I’d have a lot of time to kill I’d imagine and so I’d use the peeler to peel all the carrots and what not I’d be growing and then learn to do fancy origami salads. This would combine the triple threat of resourcefulness, creativity and presentation.
I have always watched, listened, observed, and studied other teachers, because I have known my whole life that I would teach others, and wanted to be exceptional at it. Learning how to teach, coupled with a deep passion for the information is what I think makes me an awesome instructor.
What do you love most about the subject of your course?
For the Fundamentals of Nutrition course, I love the practicality of the information. Everything begins with good nutrition, and if we know the fundamentals, we have the tools necessary to promote and maintain health. Once you’ve learned the fundamentals you know more than 99% of the population, and are armed with powerful information. Simple but effective.
For the Elixir Craft course, I love the alchemy of combining various foods, herbs, supplements, and superfoods, into a tasty experience. By combining the components we create something that is truly greater than the sum of their parts. Meghan and I had a lot of fun putting together Healing Diets and Therapeutic Foods as this is where our passions overlap. This is the information we wish had been taught in our own nutrition training.
What is your desert island kitchen tool?
A knife of course. Can’t really survive well without one. And then maybe a high-powered blender, so that I could make awesome elixirs with the coconuts, fruits, and herbs on the island.

Where do I even begin? I have been searching for a program like this where I could learn comfortably from my home, but develop super skills and knowledge about food and culinary nutrition. CNE delivers it all. Next to all the awesome video workshops, it was great to learn from Meghan and other health experts in the live classes every week.
