    I just made your ginger tea recipe and enjoy drinking it! However, I tried my best decoting (does that mean mashing?) the ginger after simmering for 20 minutes, but no luck. Any suggestions? Thank you!

  3. Hi Pat! Do you mean that you couldn’t taste the ginger after simmering for 20 minutes? We’re not sure what was out of luck. If the ginger flavour wasn’t there, perhaps it wasn’t fresh?
